After years of not keeping up with regular dental visits, I was very nervous to start again, especially after moving to a new city. I heard great things about Schaefer Dental and decided to give them a try. Despite being incredibly anxious at my first visit, the dental hygienist and dentist were incredibly kind, understanding, and patient, and they never made me feel bad or ashamed. I’m happy to say that because of their amazing service, I have regularly gone back for my checkups and always receive the best care. They are also very good working with my young children. I will always recommend Schaefer Dental!

Always so impressed by both Doctor Dr. Erik Bertilrud, and Stephanie the hygienist. They are always patient, and willing to answer any questions. A+ on such an outstanding practice at your lansing facility. I had such an incredible teeth cleaning visit.

I am a Vet with the VA as my health care provider. They have contracted Schaefer to do Quarter Cleaning.. The office has experience working with the VA. SDG has ether meet or exceed my expectation’s.

My kids have been going here for years now. All of the staff has been lovely with them and I've never had a problem with any staff. Always professional and polite and good with my kids even when they were being difficult.

This place is terrific. I broke half of a tooth off yesterday May 29th 2019. I called Schaefer dental group at 6:30 p.m. that night and they squeezed me in the next morning. By 1:30 in the afternoon (today) they had already put a temporary crown on. Amazing!!! June 18th 2019 they will be putting my permanent crown on. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. Highly recommend!

"My family and I have been a patients for several years. The front staff is always friendly and helpful. They are so knowledgeable in insurance and make sure you understand how things are billed. The hygienists and dentist are really great too. Gentle and compassionate. They have appointments down to a science. So efficient!"
